Okay, I probably shouldn't admit this. BUT I am blaming it on being really sore from Sean's class at the gym tonight, so that's on my mind.
So I saw your title and "Capitol Hill," and I immediately thought "Wow, the instructors at the Capitol Hill [Seattle] Gold's Gym have Wikipedia entries?"
