Brain Food
I don't think I've had breakfast on a regular basis since high school. But I've actually had breakfast the past two mornings. I usually don't, I just guzzle coffee. But I've noticed that when I eat breakfast, I am remarkably alert pre-lunch. Usually I'm incoherent. Apparently breakfast is good.
